 I started my real estate career in 1994 as a real estate salesperson. In 2003 I began working with Joe Marino as an appraiser trainee. January 2006 I became certified as a Residential Appraisal. I spent the next two years completing nearly two thousand Road Home Appraisals of Katrina damaged homes. During this time I also restored several of my own hurricane damaged properties.
The experience of living and working in New Orleans after such an incredible disaster changed the way I live and only enhanced my love for this wonderful city. 
  A deep interest in Louisiana history and architecture moved me to start restoring properties as a side hobby.  This gained knowledge has been a great asset in my appraisal work. Knowing first hand the construction elements of an historic property along with the ins and outs of buying and selling in the New Orleans market give me a strong advantage in appraising local properties. I enjoy my job, exploring the architecture of this city and the experiences I gain with people every day.
I take great pride in completing honest, detailed appraisal reports in a straight forward and timely manner.
